Due to our ever increasing restaurant demands we need a new team member. A really exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate here. We are seeking an ambitious, creative and highly motivated chef to join our team. Situated in the most fabulous and unrivaled location our restaurant provides the perfect setting for a chef who really wants to make a name for him or herself.
We pride ourselves on making all of our own dishes using only the best of local ingredients. The successful candidate will be expected to work with our local suppliers and their produce to build exciting menus to help build our trade locally and from further afield and to help our reputation grow. This opportunity would suit a classically trained chef with significant experience in all aspects of cookery, although patisserie is not essential.
We want you to be excited by the prospect of a new ‘destination’ restaurant and thrilled to be an instrumental part of it.
